Mornings are a little different at the Chanticleer Inn. This season we start serving Noble Coffee in a new way. In the past, we only brewed organic shade-grown coffee, that has not changed! The difference is Noble Coffee roasts their beans locally (just a few blocks away) and delivers them fresh to the inn.
This spring, I attended “Coffee 101” seminar by Jared, owner of Noble Coffee Roasting, in which I learned much about the chemistry of coffee and recommended processes to brew a better cup of joe. After some experimentation, purchase of some equipment, and rave reviews from my springtime guests, Noble Coffee will be the “usual” at the Chanticleer Inn.
