Ellen looks forward to sharing her home with you at the Chanticleer Inn, a premier Ashland Bed & Breakfast. Ellen and the B&B staff strive to provide a welcoming, restful, quiet and fun-filled atmosphere.
Innkeeper Ellen
Before being an innkeeper, Ellen was a product marketing manager in the Silicon Valley. The quality of life, with its culture, the arts and surrounding natural beauty, is the main reason for selecting to live in Ashland, Oregon.
Ellen is active with the Ashland Bed & Breakfast Network; tries to find time to write, attend yoga classes, hike, attend performances, and of course garden. For over 10 years, she has lovingly been the mistress of the oldest continuing Ashland Bed & Breakfast.
In the Fall of ’07, Ellen published her first breakfast cookbook – Recipes Are Like Pearls … lovely, but not useful until strung together
