The Ashland Fly Shop: a Spey Clinic at Touvelle Park
Ashland Fly Shop has invited back George Cook, a Sage Sales Rep. on March 9 2014 to conduct a Spey Clinic.
George is a gifted caster and an entertaining teacher. His approach to casting while technical, is very practical and experienced based.
The class will focus on sink-tip fishing with Skagit lines and the appropriate casts to accommodate sink-tip fishing, like the double spey and Snap-T family of casts.
All skill levels are welcome. If you have a spey rod, bring it. We can evaluate your rod/line set-up and make sure it is well matched and properly rigged. If not, there will be plenty Sage and Redington rods to use.
When: Sunday, March 9, 9am to 2pm
Where: Tou Velle Park
How to Pay: Call the Ashland Fly Shop (541) 488‑6454, stop by,
or purchase online. Class size is limited to 10. Be prepared for winter weather, bring a lunch/snacks/drinks if necessary
